Establishing a Discipline of Practice - stocktake of posts

I hold two strong professional views. The first is that the professions can learn from each other. The second is that we need to establish a consolidated discipline of practice across the professions.

This post simply list previous posts discussing the development of a discipline of practice.

There is this famous story about - what makes you perfect. Is it intelligence? Is it money? Is it Fame? or Is it .....?

Labeling each letter of English Alphabet, with number, as follows:

A - 1
B - 2
C - 3
...
...
Y - 25
Z - 26

and then trying to see, what the letters of a word add up to, we'll see that none of Intelligence, Money, Fame, Courage, or Altruism make it to 100.

But then there is DISCIPLINE, which precisely adds up to 100. And I agree, this is really what makes you get all the above. This makes you perfect.

Verify it here.
